My journey from Sales Support and Technical Services to my current role as Head of Sales for Wicresoft has given me deep insights into the challenges and opportunities that shape modern businesses.

Technology is my passion. I am deeply invested in exploring how the latest gadgets, on-premise infrastructure, cloud innovations, and cutting-edge security solutions can transform organisations. I specialise in guiding businesses to modernise and optimise their processes for growth and efficiency.

I moved to the UK from my native Australia in 1999 to follow my dream of playing professional rugby. Over 13 years in the UK Super League, I honed my athletic skills and key leadership qualities. After my rugby career, I successfully transitioned into IT, where I have spent the last 15 years growing and excelling in technology.

Now, as a solutions architect, I leverage my diverse experiences to inspire and mentor my team at Wicresoft, creating an empowering environment that encourages collaboration and innovation. Together, we achieve outstanding results and drive success for our clients.

I began my professional journey as a Royal Signals Communications Systems Engineer in the British Army. For over 13 years, I provided communications and infrastructure support for various operations and exercises worldwide. This experience prepared me for a successful transition to Wicresoft as a third-line Engineer.

My ability to manage complex environments has been invaluable in addressing challenging situations within my current role. I have now been a part of this team for over six years, and my previous experiences have significantly contributed to my development into the role of Solutions Architect.
